Karlovo MW: Exclusive Advisor to Investor for 5 MW PV

Our team analyzed and selected the Project, consulted the Investor at the acquisition of the Project Company, during the construction and consequently at the sale of the functioning photovoltaic electric power plant.

It provided a full set of financial accounting services to the Investor and the companies related to him.

The Project was acquired during the month of August 2011.

Investor and Contractor was the German Company “EEPro” GmbH

The project utilized “Hareon” modules, “SMA” central inverters and “Schletter” mounting structure systems


The Project was completed and connected to the grid 4 months after its acquisition on December 16, 2011


Student City: Developer and Advisor to Investor

Project Student City is targeting the large student population from the various higher education institutes in the city of Sofia in need of affordable and comfortable housing.

The project consists of 365 condominiums on 16 floors and total floor built-up area of 31,681 m2

11 Floors feature 27 smaller size apartments per floor:

    5 two bedroom apts. – 75-105 m2

    5 one bedroom apts. – 55-75 m2

    17 studios – 40-55 m2

12th and 13th floors feature larger duplex apartments

The last 3 floors feature six high-end apartments

Ground floor – Retail Space – 2,095 m2

Underground parking lot for 87 cars – 3,453 m2

Ground floor outdoor parking lot for 43 cars

According to an assignment of the Investor, BePart Consulting team studied the market, selected a proper plot, developed the Project and at the moment represents the Investor at negotiations for the sale of shares or the entire Project.

Wooden chips is fed into a reactor, where oxygen is added and burn at 1000-1200° C, extracting wood gas

The gas is then run through a cyclone battery and scrubber battery for cooling and filtering, respectively

The cooled wood gas is fed to an internal combustion engine, which in turn powers a generator
