Bogomil Nikolov is co-founder and CEO of BePart Consulting. Bogomil manages company operations and business development. Prior to co-founding BePart Bogomil was the founder and CEO of many companies in the country and abroad, inclusive of BN Consult EOOD which has been one of the successful companies and a foreign representative in Bulgaria of companies from the energy and property sector in the last few years.

He succeeded in creating the proper team, establishing the appropriate structure to develop the companies successfully and placing them amongst the leaders on the market.

A serial entrepreneur and a successful trader he is also the founder of numerous investment vehicles in the USA including BG Group LLC, Alberta Investments LLC and others.

Bogomil holds a Master of Science in Financial Markets and Trading degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, USA and a Master of Economics and Industrial Management degree from University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Petar Iliev is the co-founder of BePart Consulting. He is also the Head of Accounting and Audit Department. Prior to co-founding BePart, Petar was the founder and CEO of Nobile -5 and was able to develop the company into a successful and well respected accounting firm with a lot of local and foreign clients. Petar also worked for Krista-RV, a family owned accounting and audit firm where he is still a partner. Peter is a third-generation accountant and has over 15 years of accounting experience in companies in the country and abroad.

With an extensive list of clients, which includes large multinationals, trade chains, local companies and individuals and as a registered EU Parliament payment agent, Petar is recognized in the industry as consistent, knowledgeable and trusted professional.

Petar holds an MBA from Vienna University (WU, Wien), Austria of Economics and Business Administration. His areas of expertise during his university studies were company accountancy, audit and insurance.

Daniel Nikolov - Managing Director - Head of Consulting

Daniel Nikolov is a Managing Director with focus on the TMT sector and Head of Consulting at BePart. Prior to joining BePart Consulting Daniel was Vice-President in BN Consult where he worked on M&A transactions, valuation and company day-to-day operations. Key transactions include buy-side mandates for clean tech SPVs, debt restructuring and refinancing of real estate investment companies.

Prior to joining BN Consult, Daniel was a senior financial analyst and traded in derivatives and futures instruments with fixed income for companies Deere Park Capital LLC, Harrison Trading Group LLC and Alberta Investments LLC in Chicago, USA. Daniel was in charge of data analysis, developing and executing trading strategies, their application as well as company operations and risk management.

Daniel holds an MBA from Vienna University (WU, Wien), Austria of Economics and Business Administration. His areas of expertise during his university studies in Austria were finances, financial markets and insurance. Daniel has also Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Milan Galabov is a Managing Director with focus on Cleantech and Industrials as well as Financial Services Director in BePart Consulting. Milan joined BePart from BN Consult where he dealt extensively with foreign companies’ representation, contacts with potential investors, transaction negotiation and closures. In addition he was in charge of project development teams and company analysts. Key projects/transactions include buy-side mandates for clean tech SPVs and sell-side mandates for real estate assets.

Prior to joining BN Consult Milan was a fixed-income financial analyst and traded in derivatives and futures instruments for Harrison Trading Group LLC and Alberta Investments LLC in Chicago, USA.

Milan was in charge of data analysis, developing and executing trading strategies, their application as well as companywide risk management.
